Founded in 1995, AutoCom Associates provides public relations services and counseling on a global basis to businesses in the fields of automotive, transportation and high technology. The agency also is a member of the International Public Relations Network (IPRN).

Principals of the agency include AutoCom President and Chief Executive Officer Lawrence A. Weis, APR, a former business columnist and public affairs director at Ford Motor Company with 28 years of communications experience; Senior Partner and President of International Operations Ken Levy, a former public relations executive with DaimlerChrysler, General Motors and Ford; and AutoCom Senior Partner Jack Harned, APR, a communications counselor with 35 years of public relations experience at General Motors.
